I think George Nasser was Leonid Vasiliev and this guy is an actor who was in Late Date I blogged yesterday.  He wouldn't have killed anyone in 1966 but going backwards it could have been or he could have directed this man to commit the acts.  Maybe he is the one who was after Eisenhauer.  The eyes and the brow, the ears and the nose are similar.
