…I think Daniel was being tested when Neb sent the two Jews into the firery furnace. The Bible claims they survived but we all know that is impossible, unless they tricked the King in some manner he was unable to detect, projections maybe. I believe they died and this told Neb that Daniel was guilty of distorting the truth about his dream. This likely gave rise to burning at the stake and other means of discerning the truth. I think it happened at another time in history with the Egyptians and is what gave rise to anti-semitism…it is important for us to note that it is history in the psyche and not someone’s true opinion or thinking…

King Nebuchadnezzar's dream...
...interpreted by Daniel is really about the destruction of the Colossus of Rhodes in 305 BC. So, who was King Nebuchadnezzar? Did Daniel really interpret the King's dream or did he merely tell the King a tale he had wished might come true?
...Ok this doesn't add up, 305 BC came after 586 BC. But nonetheless, isn't it possible that the Colossus's construction was influenced by King Nebuchadnezzar's dream?
...To build the statue, his workers cast the outer bronze skin parts. The base was made of white marble, and the feet and ankle of the statue were first fixed. The structure was gradually erected as the bronze form was fortified with an iron and stone framework.

Kay Gibbs states: This is an interesting physical depiction of the metaphysical or divine nature and demise of a King, a head of gold, arms of silver, and legs of iron, that represent the sedentary life of a King that are all dispersed among the people represented by the crumpling of the statue.
I believe this was the true meaning of Nebuchadnezzar's dream, that he became aware of his fate as a King and was afraid as he most likely witnessed this of his own father.

Daniel 3 - Saved In the Fiery Furnace
Then King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished; and he rose in haste and spoke, saying to his counselors, "Did we not cast three men bound into the midst of the fire?" They answered and said to the king, "True, O king." "Look!" he answered, "I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God."
a. Then King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished: It is astonishing that anyone survived for a moment inside the furnace when others perished at the door.
i. The Septuagint says in Daniel 3:24 that Nebuchadnezzar’s attention was caught when he heard them singing praises in the furnace. We can imagine that the king had them cast into the furnace and didn’t intend to look twice, believing they would be immediately consumed. As he walks away with a satisfied look on his face, he is immediately stopped by the sound of singing coming from the furnace. At a safe distance from the raging heat he peers inside - and sees four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire.
ii. If this singing in the furnace is true, it reminds us of Paul and Silas singing in the Philippian jail (Acts 16:25).
b. I see four men loose . . . and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God: Nebuchadnezzar tells us who the fourth was - the Son of God. Jesus was literally with them in the worst of their trial.
i. We don’t know if Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego knew that the Son of God was with them in their fiery trial. Sometimes we are aware of Jesus’ presence in our trials and sometimes we are not - but He is there nonetheless.
ii. Spurgeon observed that God's people are often in the furnace, and though there are different kinds of furnaces they serve similar purposes in our life
· There is the furnace that men prepare
· There is the furnace that Satan prepares
· There is the furnace that God prepares
iii. God can deliver us from a trial, or He can miraculously sustain and strengthen us in a trial. Trapp quotes an English martyr who said this as he was burnt at the stake: “O ye Papists, behold ye look for miracles; here now you may see a miracle; for in this fire I feel no more pain than as if I were in a bed of down; but it is to me as a bed of roses.”
c. I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire: Nebuchadnezzar also observed that the four men were free in the fire. The fire only burnt the ropes that bound them.
3. (26-27) The Hebrew men leave the furnace unharmed.
Then Nebuchadnezzar went near the mouth of the burning fiery furnace and spoke, saying, "Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, servants of the Most High God, come out, and come here." Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego came from the midst of the fire. And the satraps, administrators, governors, and the king's counselors gathered together, and they saw these men on whose bodies the fire had no power; the hair of their head was not singed nor were their garments affected, and the smell of fire was not on them.

…I was driving a baby blue Plymouth Belvedere, I believe the color was really green, our parents had the green dodge coronet, but it wasn’t available to me. I think someone was mentally ill and was trying to find these things out, after suffering from a fatal accident and the doctor was suffering from agoraphobia, transferences would have caused the patient to be agoraphobic temporarily…Eye of the Beholder could be about a fatal accident…

1972 - Tideland Mental Health – acting out in class which consisted of me defending another student, by voluntarily leaving the class after it was clear she was being made a scapegoat for the rest of the students who were engaging in conversation…there was no violent act or violent confrontation, I simply left the classroom after the instructor threw the other student out for something half the classroom was guilty of at that time. I told him, “he should expel me and half the class from the room”. But I have since realized this was not the sole reason for the school psychologist suggesting that I be seen by someone at the Mental Health clinic. I had written a paper which my US History instructor claimed was an abomination, referring to statements I made about the non-existence of God. I further stated that “one could do anything one wanted to”, but I failed to carry the thought to its logical conclusion, in that I should have stated that, “if you are willing to accept the consequences”. I was not confronted about this, by one single instructor nor the counselor I saw at mental health. I do realize it is not the job of teachers to be parents as well. During my testing (to see if I was a genius I think) and counseling, television was never mentioned nor the consequences of viewing it on the brain and mind. Books were written, I am sure as the result of discovering what was in my head.

Kay 1974, re The Nuns, I think the things I was wearing around my wrists were symbolic of the shackles they were made to wear.
**Montefort is also located in Israel and surprisingly my Grandfather was born in Maules Point, Hyde County, NC. I don't exactly remember when the French came to America, but there is a Maules Point just outside Paris.
*I've watched a few of Sharon Stone's movies and I think there are bits and pieces of what happened to the nuns on her movie The Quick and the Dead . I've seen it several times.
Even Sharon, like Emmy Lou on her Pieces of the Sky album cover is wearing a carcan, a shackle about the neck, in one of her pictures on IMDb. This would also explain why I was drawing pictures of birds with huge lumps in their throats...I had more of them but they have somehow disappeared from my black portfolio that was in storage.
My nurse in the Psychiatric Hospital, in 1989, thought the bird was sort of a cad, but now I think it expresses the mutilation some of the nuns experienced. I think alot of this also explains why I ended up homeless and sleeping on the doorstep of a Catholic Church in Raleigh, Our Lady of Lourdes.

Could there be a connection to Jack the Ripper? Statements were made in graffiti declaring Juwes innocent of the killing spree and could there be any connection to Robert Stroud's behavior and associations with a prostitute?
In 1989 I drew a picture of a woman with no head, hands or legs below the knee. I have no idea where it came from but I had heard sometime afterwards that the police were looking for a killer who had dismembered a female body that had washed up on the shore. I was in the psychiatric hospital at the time I drew the sketch. Then there is also the events recorded about the assaults on the Daughter's of Wisdom who also existed during the time of the Marquis De Sade, in which it was reported that sexual orgies were held among the priests and nuns. I was born in a Catholic Hospital, Maryview Hospital in Portsmouth, VA, managed by the Daughters of Wisdom. My father bought a canary for us when we were children and he attacked it one day out of the blue, knocking it and the cage to the floor. We got rid of the bird. My mother's grandmother is Elvira Jones.
How can these events be associated? Repetition compulsion, which gives rise to the importance of bringing to consciousness the cause of one's behavior. Re-enactment of traumatic events are also part of the Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome symptomatology. Not only could some male figure have been caught up in a re-enactment but the prostitutes as well, in the Jack the Ripper case, as in some of the incidents the women could have drawn the violence upon them, not knowing down what path there psyches were leading them. This means that some of the killers may not have been the Ripper but could have been copycat killers who were acting out the Ripper's behavior, explaining why the modus operandi was a bit different or altered. Of course some could have simply taken advantage of the fact that there was a notorious killer running free and could have acted out their aggressions knowing it would be blamed on the Ripper. Or, some desperate person seeking validation could have read De Sade's books and could have been acting it out in a more violent manner. See movie, Out of the Mouth of Madness. KFG
