I had never heard of Patricia Partin at the time of or before this sketch.
…my immediate impression was that it might be a fossilized bird’s claw…I related it to Jurassic park, to Durer and his broken wing and Lyell Fork…if you understand the unconscious mind you will understand what might be possible here…

Welcome to Genius Sparks by Paul R. Scheele

Good physical hygiene has helped extend the
human lifespan well beyond the fifty years
that was common a century ago.
Likewise, brain longevity -- keeping your
brain fit and fully functioning to the last
days of your life -- can be achieved with
good mental hygiene.
For years scientists were convinced that
after infancy the brain quickly lost its
ability to produce new neurons. But in the
last decade independent research teams led
by Fred W. Gage at the Salk Institute and
Elizabeth Gould at Princeton University
showed that even middle-aged minds generated
thousands of new neurons every day in areas
crucial to learning and memory.
Research is suggesting that the more neural
connections the brain creates, the more it
can afford to lose, potentially bypassing
the ravages of aging, possibly even the
devastating impacts of diseases such
as Alzheimer's.
Are you practicing good mental hygiene?
Do you feed and nourish your brain with good
nutrition... avoid recreational use of mind-
altering drugs and alcohol... regularly read
or attend courses to advance your knowledge
and skills in your profession... engage in
artistic or musical hobbies... exercise your
brain regularly with challenging memory and
problem-solving puzzles?
You can employ many techniques to activate
your brain, including one called "Virtual
Reality" from Vera Birkenbihl's Memory
Optimizer personal learning course. It's a
creative visualization technique that uses
your imagination to simulate a possible future.
This powerful way of communicating to your
brain gives detailed instructions to your
neural physiology because it stimulates the
same neural pathways you will later use when
performing the actual task or event.
All you have to do is sit back and relax
with your eyes closed to help you focus your
attention inward. Then think of a project,
skill, or goal you want to achieve. It could
be anything from researching and writing a
term paper, successfully negotiating a
business deal, mastering a yoga move, or
learning to pilot a small plane.
Think of your desired end result first so
that you clearly specify the final outcome.
Make sure this is really what you want
to happen.
Now imagine the steps (thoughts, behaviors,
feelings) that will lead you there. Then
imagine experiencing those feelings,
thinking those thoughts, and performing
those behaviors that will bring you to your
end result. Finish by enjoying the benefits
of your success.
Repeat the exercise often. Virtual Reality
is a great mental exercise you can use to
build your neural network and achieve faster
success in absolutely any endeavor you
choose. Try it now.

It occurred to me just this morning that James Harris' murder might be related to that incident mentioned in the Sullivan paper listing - see my blog - as is Mr. Will Marshall's and my father's suicides. Joe Drinker accidentally shot his friend Wm Cooper, Drinker made several attempts to commit suicide. There were claims that Harris’ shooting, which ended in his death, was an accident.
It could also be related to James Kelly Voliva which might be related to Nikolai G. Avilov’s execution. I tend to think it was probably a combination of both.
My cousin Elizabeth Edwards, mother a Swindell, was abandoned by her father in the 40’s. I think this too is part of the Lackawanna Valley/London Asylum scene that has transpired in Hyde County, basically all a re-enactment.
Now you can see how the whole thing played out in Lake Landing and Engelhard. The London Asylum in Canada is mixed up in it too and a lot of television.

THE EXPLORATION PROJECT: London Asylum for the Insane - London, Ontario
This construction of the Episcopal Rectory in which we lived in 1967 was similar in design, constructed of wood and shingles, three story with fire places back to back in the center of the house. There were rolls of sheet music stored in the attic.
In 1995 I was sent to John Umstead Hospital where I was told to put on a gown. I requested to put on a pair of pajamas and when I refused to put on the gown I was put into seclusion where an orderly climbed on top of me, strapped me to the bed. I was there for several hours.
I went through a similar ordeal in 1991 in which they threatened to cut off my shorts if I didn’t put on the dress. This might lead one to think that it was a castrati who was being forced into a female role.
I’m not so sure they are guilty of humane treatment…also during my 1991 incarceration I was shackled and dragged to the gynecologists table, held down by four women and forced to have an exam…I am guessing they forced someone to have an abortion, probably one in possession of some British Royalty…
November 18, 1870.
THE EXPLORATION PROJECT: London Asylum for the Insane - London, Ontario
Kay F. Gibbs was born on November 18, 1954 – I am inclined to think that there are many who knew something of this before I was born…
That thing was making me pop off like crazy…I got so infuriated I just shut down at one point.
I had taken a lot of drugs so it didn’t really seem like it was hyping up my brain too much. I’m sure there were writers connected to us, now.
I at first related this all to aerospace training but after learning about the resonator I don’t know. And I also think I am mixed up possibly with a German who my Uncle and my grandfather before him was enmeshed with during and since WWI.
Jail for walking down the road intoxicated
sent to prison for 8 months
sent to Jail for 6 months
sent to prison for 4 months – this imprisonment was the one in which the cement factory was adjacent to the prison about 500 yards away. This seems connected to Josiah Gibbs and Helmholtz…
Weston-Super Mare Hotel…
The London Inn is an L-shaped structure, it is now the Econo-Lodge or was, don’t know what it is now…
I was taking pictures during the time I lived here and it was here that I had the sleep paralysis…it was also here that I met the Russian and we had a glass of Wodka together…

Kay's History Personality: Styron – Stynor ~ Steiner…updated
…I found evidence there was psychological thinking with regard to the thermonuclear dynamics theory which encouraged anger and rage as a means of acquiring energy necessary for certain mental processes. This would have involved mental suggestions that would incite people to get angry. I think it is possible Cahan was doing this among the Russian population or more to the point it had been used among the Egyptian population to encourage the construction of dwellings. This may have encouraged the use of alcohol and why Isabeau was named as one who paid his workers with wine in order to quell this habit…the outbreak of wars would also be related…
I did document this but some of my files were locked up on a disk and I was unable to retrieve them…Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, she told me to “tick a lock…”…
John Henry Gibbs left – Roquefort right is my people…
i think John Henry is Styron ~ Steiner…
Vanderbilt basketball legend Roy Skinner has died | News | Vanderbilt University
…his sister Phyllis Spencer was mentally ill for a while in high school…
He looks like Adolf Eichmann to me…
…about a woman who had a gambling addiction, got into debt and took a job at the casino to get out of debt – can’t recall title, B&W film, 50’s…
Cave dream ~ must haven been entangled with someone shopping here who used a cane or one of my relatives from Hyde, NC…
The ceiling lights here are likely the derivation of my color and design project I also found on the cover of the Mental Gymnasium book…
I found this book to be invaluable to me during my recovery from an alcohol addiction…
…We purchased a Chevrolet Biscayne similar to the cab below, left, in 1967 ~ Unlawful Entry, Conspiracy Theory, Taxi, Stepford Wives…
…in the SF image I see the staircase going up to the attic. I see a cart, wagon, toy box or jewelry box with diamonds in it, I see a cookie jar at the bottom where the entrance is, or possibly a slice of bread, the eave of the upstairs room on the right is like the design on the SF structure. What cinched it for me was the window next to the stairs in the SF image and the center window in the E,MA image. The recessed area where the rectangle and diamonds are would be the room over the porch area. I did find a Sherlock Holmes film involving a jewelry box which I did view.
