Ronald Fairbairn…updated

Kay's History II: McPhail administered a drug to my father which caused his blindness – This is connected to Twilight Zone, Twenty-Two…Never seen it…

Magdalene’s father was named Ronald, my father’s cousin.  Her father was blind also.

Early into the film the psychiatrist makes comments that cause the Architect to doubt his own assessment of what was happening to him.  This must have happened to Fairbairn.  This undoubtedly would have effected the whole of film making had the public been permitted to gain consciousness of this knowledge which means less film viewing.  The Architect stated in the beginning of the film he had been treated by the psychiatrist before but denied that the psychiatrist meant anything to him.  He actually had transferred his feelings for his father to the psychiatrist and that is why he recognized all of those people.  He was dramatizing something the psychiatrist had already been engaged in, a meeting with this group of people.  Consciousness of this might have affected the Architect’s psychoanalysis but would it cure his problem?  Was he really discovering the Psychiatrist’s problem?

…In Dead of Night, Baird and McPhail inserted dialogue into this film which causes mind blindness.

…then I think I am fat and need to lose weight.   I can feel these changes happening to my body when they get hooked into me and I know my stomach is not normally bulged out like this.  This has been going on for 6 years.  I have other photos.

Diener

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The word Diener is German for servant.[1][2] In English, it is generally used to describe the person, in the morgue, responsible for handling, moving, and cleaning the corpse (though, at some institutions dieners perform the entire dissection at autopsy). It is derived from the German word Leichendiener, which literally means corpse servant.

Dieners are also referred to as morgue attendants, autopsy technicians and other titles that can vary from region to region.

In the American Moravian Church. German: Herrnhuter Brüdergemeine, the men and particularly the women, who serve in various church services, like the Lovefeast, are called "Dieners", from the German title for their office, Saaldiener or "chapel servant".

[edit] Trivia

Season 5, Episode 14 of Homicide: Life on the Street, in which a morgue attendant is suspected of stealing personal items from the bodies of murder victims, is titled "Diener." The diener is the assistant to the pathologist

Martha Serpas's poem "The Diener" uses the word in all these ways.
