His first was "Dr. Tuggle's Compound Syrup of Globe Flower (Cephalanthus occidentalis)".[10] He next began experimenting with coca and coca wines, eventually creating his own version of Vin Mariani, containing kola nut and damiana, which he called Pemberton's French Wine Coca.[11][12] According to Coca-Cola historian, Phil Mooney, Pemberton's world-famous soda was "created in Columbus, Georgia and carried to Atlanta".[13]

I am filled with trepidation; things aren’t going well. The Morning Meeting has become RADM “Sweetpea” Allen’s arena for ritual bloodletting. CAG has been verbally beaten up and surprised on several issues by the all seeing eyes and ears of the Admiral. We are confronting two radically different management styles, and it appears that the Admiral’s is going to drive us all nuts.

We manage to flail around with some of the day’s loose ends, like why the Italians didn’t want Sweetpea to fly the Sardinia Low Level until about 2200 and I really hoped the day was pretty much over when DCAG rolled in and began planning the next joint war-at-sea strike for tomorrow morning at 0800 sharp which we hadn’t quite got to yet...

I looked around to see if anyone else had noticed, and they had not. I walked briskly to the shredder and took care of the problem. Now that FID is being broken up at the scrap yard down in Texas, I wonder what else they might find?
