I highly recommend this book and his previous 1970’s book…
…I also recommend Tom Kenyon’s Soma Cd for focused meditation. I also highly recommend Robert Sapolsky’s videos and teaching courses at The Teaching Company, which teach about stress and the damage it can cause.
