I take exception to this kind of thinking…

…clearly Lot should have been in control of his behavior and responsible for managing his children’s libido, probably how Jung developed the incest theory.  This likely grew out of the Biblical tale about Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden, putting the blame on women for being tempted by the serpent and eating the apple.  This thinking has let men get away with their inappropriate sexual behavior for 2000 years.

If the male’s behavior is due to his lack of brain development, how can the female possibly seduce the male or a father for that matter.  All children have sexual feelings and it is the responsibility of the parent to properly direct those feelings.

during which Lot's wife became a pillar of salt, and the seduction by his daughters so that they could bear children.
