1972-2009 - Alcohol
1972 - Phenobarbital
1972 - Donnatal prescription, too much can also mimic
paralysis and I now suspect this is what was causing my sleep paralysis.

1973-79 - Marijuana
1974 - Morphine Beaufort Co, Emergency following auto
accident
1974 - Ether Surgery
1974 - Speed (black beauties)
1974 - LSD ½ hit of Blue Micro dot. Was so fearful of the
experience that I did not want to do it again.

1974 - PCP
1974 - Acid again at ECU campus party, was intoxicated
Did not experience hallucinations.
1975 - Dexedrine to lose weight after getting out of the
Army
1975 - Hard Liquor

1978 - Poppers (amyl nitrate) five times
1981 - Flexiril one or two
1979-1983 - No drugs or alcohol went to AA
1983 - One mixed drink
1984 - 4 beers and no more alcohol or drugs from
1984-1986.
1986 - L-Tyrosine over the counter for depression roughly
3 years stopped smoking
1987 - L-Tryptophan for sleep
1987 - Choline Bitartrate roughly 2 years
1987 - Tranxene two tablets for anxiety
1987 – Began using alcohol again
1988 - Ether surgery
1988 - Phenergan nausea following surgery
1989 - Alcohol half bottle of wine was attending Mental
health At this time ended up becoming suicidal, hospitalized for three months
1989 - Restoril Pitt Psyche unit
1989 - L-Tryptophan Pitt Psyche unit
1989 - Atarax Pitt Psyche unit outbreak of hives (psychogenic)
