Attention all writers, film makers, lyricists, poets, artists, and musicians…

Attention all novelists, cleaners, film makers, poets and musicians. This is by order of the Kay Frances Gibbs proprietor of these mind and brain. This assertion is intended to be serious and your cooperation is expected.

Stop cleaning now. All writers cease and desist your novels now. You are invading the privacy of Kay Frances Gibbs’ and her family. Cease and desist now. Writers, film makers, musicians and so called cleaners, are taking illegal advantage of the brain of Kay Frances Gibbs and her family. Cease and desist now. Kay Gibbs’ brain belongs to her and no one else. No one has any authority upon the person of Kay Frances Gibbs except Kay Frances Gibbs. No writer, film maker, novelist poet or musician is entitled to any part of the mind or brain of Kay Frances Gibbs at any time now, in the past nor in the future. Using the brain synapses of another, in this case, Kay Frances Gibbs, without her permission and against her will, is illegal and violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Cease and desist your novels, films, music and poetry now. Remove yourself from Kay Frances Gibbs’ property now. If you fail to heed this warning you will be prosecuted in a Federal Court of Law.

A cease and desist order is an order by a court or other body having judicial authority prohibiting the person or entity to which it is directed from undertaking or continuing a particular activity or course of conduct. Such an order may be issued upon a showing, to a degree of certainty or probability, that the conduct is unlawful or likely to be found unlawful. A cease and desist order commands one to stop what they are doing.

Invasions of one’s privacy constitute a tort for which remedies are available. The four different types of torts for which remedies are available are, (1) appropriation, or the use of a person’s name, picture, or likeness as a symbol of his or her identity without compensation; (2) and intrusion upon a person’s physical solitude or seclusion:; (3) the public disclosure of private facts; and (4) placing a person in a false light in the public eye by associating this person with beliefs or activities with which this person has no connection.
