This is a sci-fi film can’t recall the title now but I viewed one of an alien…updated – never seen this film until…

…about 5 years ago…

…with a large cortex and veins all around the head.  There was something about ESP going on, breaking people into that thinking I think…

…could be this character but there is no reference to the film other than outer limits, it was at least an hour and it lived in a house with other people…
