The rights listed in the constitution in no way deny or bar other rights I am entitled to as a US Citizen. I can never be enslaved or forced into involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for a crime I have been justly charged with and legally convicted in a court of law.
I watched a lot of courtroom drama and now they are playing off those dramas, making me the one on trial. This gives them the upperhand.
