Albert de Salvo or an attempt to fend off mass rioting…

…Albert de Salvo doesn’t have a window’s peak, the actor does appear to have one…the actor is from a proboscis and de Salvo is from baboon wearing a proboscis.  The ears are also different.  I’m not talking to anyone.
