The Paul Newman version. I noticed some similarities between his story as a

indicated I was AWOL from the Army during the time I was on leave in 1975. I was
also released from prison with no place to go in 1991, got into an altercation
in jail in 1994. My father was a Rocky Marciano fan.

What is happening here is that due to the nature of my autistic disorder or
maybe some external programming I have not been aware of, I have to follow a
script exactly or I get all wacked out and bent out of shape and any attempts to
intervene are met with emotional distress and aggression. This is normal for my
level of development, which is perspicuously delayed, but may be detrimental to
my well being, which has been unrecognized until now.

Gooood Morning America...

I made some very interesting discoveries last night. First, yesterday morning I
got up and had a cup of regular coffee, and no this isn't going to be a detailed
description of everything I ate yesterday. Then yesterday afternoon I went to
Walmart and made a few purchases. I purchased a green messenger bag. I had been
eyeing the bag for quite sometime prior to this but never bought one. I wasn't
sure why I needed it but I felt like I had to have it and I wanted it so I got
it. After arriving home I began to examine the bag and wondered why I bought it
and decided to return it. Shortly afterward I was looking up some info on
hypoglycemia, as I had some sort of attack on Wednesday at while at Borders. I
had been perusing some books, had knelt down to look at some on a bottom shelf
and then stood up quickly and felt a bit dizzy. I knelt down again and stood up
a second time and nearly fainted. I became very nervous and shaky and my legs
were weak. I had had two cups of regular coffee that morning, an unusual thing
for me over the past three years as I have been consuming decaf for breakfast.

I was concerned I might have had low blood sugar so I purchased a cup of decaf
coffee in the store adding cream and splenda and started to feel somewhat better
and then I purchased a container of Orange Juice at the supermarket that made me
feel even better. So last night I did a little research. After looking in
Prescription for Healing, I discovered that caffeine can cause profound swings
of the blood sugar, so now I was convinced that it was the caffeine that had
caused the problem and I was indeed having a low blood sugar reaction. I then
searched the internet to find out what was in caffeine, just because I was
curious. I discovered that caffeine affected the reticular formation in the
brain. Hhhmmm, reticular formation I thought, what is that exactly, I've
forgotten…so I looked that up in my outdated Merck Manual, then in Encarta. The
reticular formation is responsible for consciousness or wakefulness. If this is
impaired then one could say that one might become unconscious. Hhmmm, could this
have anything to do with the automatic behavior I've been reading about?
Interesting.

I pretty much figured out why I was not being able to sleep at night as well. I
had consumed regular coffee for much of my life, even as a child and so had my
parents and so had their parents and god only knows how far back it goes. I also
love chocolate that contains a considerable amount. Consuming coffee was
affecting my consciousness or wakefulness and what I thought was alertness was
really just anxiety and nervousness. By the end of the day, after consuming no
more caffeine, I began to wake up as the effects begin to wear off after 6
hours. Then by the time I would go to bed I was wide awake or fully conscious
and unable to calm my mind, even with GABA. I had heard some people say that
caffeine helped them sleep but I thought they were just talking out of their
ear, so I decided to try something different. Last night I drank about a fourth
of a cup of weak regular coffee before going to bed. It is this delicious
praline flavored coffee from Southern Seasons. It is really tasty. I consumed
the coffee and 1/8 teaspoon of GABA (to help with the nervousness) at about
11:30 PM and then went to bed. It didn't take that long for me to fall asleep
and sure enough several hours later I began what one calls dreaming (but I think
it is just the activation of unconscious material from transferences, etc.). The
first dream was rather lucid. I was standing at a window and someone broke the
glass and was trying to get in my apartment. Glass was falling all over my head
and I could feel myself breaking out of the sleep paralysis and I was able to
scream "help me", that startled me and I started to wake up. I wanted to get out
of bed to see if someone had actually broken my window but I couldn't muster up
the will to get up, even to go to the bathroom and shortly fell into a deep
sleep again. I then dreamt someone was throwing rocks at me, big ones, there was
little detail to the dream. I could feel them hitting my body and the only
thoughts I had were the name Mary Magdelene, Mary Magdelene. I finally woke up
at roughly 9AM. I was alert and my mind began to work on what had transpired
over the past evening.

After rethinking the dreams I realized the first one could have been about a
neighbor who had disclosed an incident to me in which his bedroom window had
been broken, by a neighbor. This may have something to do with why I drank on
Valentine's Day as the offender has an active drinking problem. The second dream
I think may have been about an event from my childhood in which my siblings and
I got into a fight with the neighbors and we were throwing mud pies and stuff at
each other, although in the dream I seemed more like an adult.

So it is clear to me that caffeine does indeed affect consciousness, causing one
to become possessed by what is unconscious and to engage some form of automatic
behavior as in my purchasing the messenger bag at Walmart yesterday and
purchasing a Bible on Wednesday, as I do not need it and have access to Bible
Scriptures on the internet. This may be the cause of what I have been calling,
acting out. This may all mean that some of my other dreams could be connected to
someone else's behavior in a distant location.

In thinking about the messenger bag, I think there is a bigger cultural meaning
to what I was doing there, I haven't yet gotten to the bottom of that, but I
will.

I am also wondering now if LSD might affect the reticular formation as well
since it produces similar episodes. Maybe the stage of my development had
something to do with how I was seeing things when I took the LSD rather than the
LSD actually producing the hallucinogenic affects, like swaying curtains and
spinning light fixtures. Now as I think of it, the spinning light fixture
resembled the ceiling light in the operating room where I had my tonsillectomy,
as I recall looking at it just before I went unconscious from the ether. Was the
LSD experience what Klein called phantasy? Consuming coffee and so much alcohol
in the Army must have been responsible for the blackout I had after consuming
only 3 sloe gin fizzes, and well add physical exhaustion to that as well.

…which may have been done in the name of proving he has faithful followers and where Satan has won over the deluded.  It was constructed this way so the Temple Priests would look like the best deal in town and to denounce Jesus as anyone who should be listened to, much less followed, although I have failed to succumb to their overbearing influence.  While I disdain all of the cruelty put forth in the Bible and even moreso since I suffered because of it, I hardly find it the work of God but the work of the Temple Priests who intended to beat us into submission.  The problem isn’t necessarily God because he didn’t write the book to begin with so how do we know what he truly did or intended.  One only has to look at our current economic system to see the results of this belief system.

And I found this to be more interesting than anything Mr. Hughes had to say…

“curiously in striking confirmation of these figures, even as I revised this text (on November 8, 1924), the Crime Commission of Los Angeles completed a survey at the county jail and was surprised to find that "out of 200 prisoners interviewed, 184 professed adherence to some religious faith, only nine denied having any religious faith. Seven declined to answer the question."

caffeine to wake up and alcohol or valium to sleep
Depressed sibling - engages in thrill seeking behavior, is addicted to

Update:   Seems they were observing me at the Harris Teeter and I discovered sodium hydroxide in their cake product.   This is how they cover-up what the television is doing to people…

Just about an hour ago...

This was originally posted 2-25-05

I was at the Harris Teeter...

Stream of Consciousness..."Well ya'll I don't know what's going on, she doesn't
seem to be doing anything unusual, she's looking around, she's got cake and ice
cream and that's it.

" From Beyond Dissociation, The Zombies Among Us, Consciousness and Automatic
Behavior:
Pg. 336, Kushida, et al. (1995)

"Subject: a 51 year old man who would abruptly arise in the night and have
violent outbursts for 3-4 hours.

Documented complex behaviors: He smashed dishes, threw anything within reach,
crawled on his hands and knees, throughout the house, chased the cats, removed
his clothes, walked out of the house partially clothed and attempted to drive an
automobile.

Contents of Consciousness during Automatic Behavior: The subject's eyes were
open, but he had a "glazed" appearance and appeared to be completely removed
from the environment. Although he often injured himself during these episodes he
could not recall the cause of his injuries upon awakening in the morning.
Immediately after an episode of nocturnal wandering, the patient was confused
and disoriented, not able to state his name, not oriented to time or place, and
unable to repeat phrases or follow simple commands.

Rating: There is no evidence of consciousness during the behaviors, although an
altered state of consciousness cannot be ruled out. The behaviors are complex,
involving interactions with the environment and its objects. However the
behaviors are manifestly bizarre, and indicate that the meaningfulness of the
surroundings or its objects cannot be appreciated. Instead primitive aggressive
and defensive behavioral programs are activated.

REM Sleep Behavior Disorder

REM sleep is normally a state of essential paralysis. Thus for complex behaviors
to be manifested during REM sleep, the neural mechanisms responsible for
maintaining muscular atonia have to be defective. RBD refers to a condition in
which muscular atonia is removed during REM sleep and complex, often violent
behaviors are manifested."

I don't know about any zombie like behaviors but I do know that I have this
disorder. I can recall one of the first times that I was aware that I willed
myself out of REM sleep, mainly because I was scared. It was in 1976. I was
experiencing the REM sleep paralysis but then there appeared to be a figure
standing over me and I was terribly frightened so I forced myself to wake up.
Would this be what they call night terrors? And this was also confirmed in my
LSD experience in which I saw the words "sleep" pass before my eyes like a
ticker tape. I don't know if it can be attributed to me, or my parents,
particularly my father since he was a WWII Veteran and served for 4 years. You
know beyond doubt that those men had a grave loss of sleep. Of course I have my
own traumas as well.

Re: I remember...

Oh yea she's another one of those b--- b----- broads. I can hear the whispers
now. Yep, she's probably gay too.

What is it with all of these people who think you are not human or don't deserve
to live if you aren't married and have 2 children in the yard and one on the
way. Is it jealousy, envy that you weren't strong enough to say No I don't want
to and believe you have the right to say it? I thought this had been resolved
decades ago and women like me are still catching grief. Must be something else
they are projecting onto people like me, easy prey for their angst, someone to
draw life from and to kill, without having to do it to your mothers, the
ultimate human sacrifice.

Disabled or not, marriage and child rearing are not meant for everyone and those
who are, should respect those of us who choose not to tie the knot or knot the
tie, just as we are to respect those who do. What difference should it make to
anyone if a person chooses to terminate a pregnancy or prevent one by taking the
pill. That is personal and private and no one's business. Those who support the
death penalty are no less guilty than those who they claim commit murder when
they terminate a pregnancy.

We do have a dilemma with the issue now, in that Pharmacies are not wishing to
offer the Morning After Pill or Birth Control. My opinion on that is, we should
not force anyone to act against his own spiritual values. I would remind one to
read the numerous legal sites where drug companies and physicians are being sued
for prescribing drugs that have caused permanent injury or death. Yet we are
often manipulated by what we think are forces beyond our capacity to stand
against (such as the Moral Majority), that cause us to make decisions we would
not otherwise make. And, there are always the potentials for abuses of what is
offered to terminate pregnancy just as there are the potentials for abuses of
the Welfare and Food Stamp programs that are offered to assist those in need,
and hey, some people don't mind abusing even these people who do receive State
assistance, ie., the dogmatic statement, no free lunches. In fact there is a
pay-off. Is it any wonder many people never get out of the welfare or disability
rut.

Re: the nautilus shell and...

I was surprised to realize how much the creature that inhabits a snail shell or
the nautilus shell resembles the cochlea of the human ear. This confirms what I
had suspected about brain wave activity affecting and maybe even accelerating
the aging process. I now question whether or not the brainwave levels that have
been publicized are correct, if a 60 minute beat, that is 1 beat per second, is
helpful for learning. Anything above 60 beats per minute must block or prevent
learning.

I recently purchased Smart Reading, a set of Cds that trains you to improve your
reading skills. The techniques in this program have been used by the CIA and the
Military. On this cd I found information that suggested the use of Baroque music
while reading, as this type of music supports the learning process because it
has a 60 minute beat. I was pleased to discover this was the same beat cycle I
had set for my own cd I made awhile back; 60 beats per minute with an identical
subliminal 60 minute beat cycle per second. I also own several baroque music cds
and other music that is about 60 beats per minute. I prefer Italian Baroque.

I recall an event in 1987 in which a Vocational Counselor at Tideland, on one of
my visits, was playing what I now recognize as Mozart. I was not familiar with
Mozart at the time of my session with him. I remember becoming extremely relaxed
while listening to this music and sought it out years later. I was a hard core
Rock and Roller until that session. During the session he proceeded to tell me
some specific things about his personal life and his aggressive behavior which I
now suspect may have been part of the cause for my subsequent aggressive
outburst two years later, given my state of mind, level of psychological
development and lack of a father figure. I had had one other experience with
music therapy and that was in 1980 and it was very effective. I was for the
first time, able to express some emotion, which I had not done for many many
years.

Re:re:re: all those cop shows...

...case in point. Over the past three weeks I have been having a problem with my
downstairs neighbor blasting his radio at 3AM with Latino bubblegum and country
music. I have enough problems getting to sleep anyway. Twice I have written letters
to the property manager complaining. He left me a message to call the Police if
it happened again.

Last night at 3:47AM I was awakened by music blasting from the downstairs
apartment again. At 4:01AM I called the Police, then I called management. The
Police never arrived. They continued blasting music until about 4:30 AM. I felt
like going down there and blasting them with a few choice words but immediately
I think, no you will be the one to go to jail, just like the lawyer in the movie
Cape Fear who beat up a killer he had put in jail for another crime, who was
hunting and threatening his family. Two years ago, two Police Officers came to
my front door because of a complaint about my loud music at 1:36PM in the
afternoon. It was a man who made the call to the Police. It is like a woman
asking the Police for protection from a stalker. The law is for those who break
the law, not for those who try to abide by the law.

Re: re: Sunday Morning Evangelist...

...now what does all this law and order get us? Well that depends on who you are
in the drama. If you are the offended it is pretty tough, because there is
little satisfaction that can be drawn from the incarceration or death of a
person who has murdered a loved one. Your loss is permanent, your loved one
cannot be resurrected. Once a crime has been committed, there is little that the
law can do to put your life back the way it was before it happened if you are
the victim. This is where the law itself fails, but the fear of the results of
breaking the law is the saving grace, so it really boils down to whether or not
one chooses to believe that one can go to jail for a crime or be executed for
murder in the eyes of the law. Ignorance of the law should be recognized, but
there is hardly a man, woman or child that does not know that murder is against
the law so ignorance of that law wouldn't wash.

I have watched so many cop shows on the TV that I can hardly see how I could
possibly break the law. I've watched everything from Sherlock Holmes to the
latest CSI (my favorite show). They always get their man at least on TV and with
that kind of programming in one's mind how could one even contemplate breaking
the law, without being overcome with anxiety, whether the shows are true or not?

I watched these shows many times during their respective seasons:

Profiler, CSI, Diagnosis Murder, Miami Vice, Law and Order, NYPD Blue (once in a
while), Kojak, Mattlock, Murder She Wrote, The Untouchables, Dragnet, Magnum
P.I., Hawaii 5-0, Rockford Files, Cagney and Lacey, Charlie's Angels, Chips, Lou
Grant, Remington Steele, Moonlighting, Mrs. Columbo, Barnaby Jones, Cannon,
McCloud, McMillan and Wife, Quincey M.E., I Spy, Baretta, Car 54 Where Are You,
and who could for get Simon Templer in the Saint, Honey West (I loved this
show), Mannix, Mission Impossible, Ironside, Perry Mason, Mod Squad, 77 Sunset
Strip. As a child I used to read Batman and Robin comic books, The Fantastic
Four comic books and I watched the Batman and Robin cartoon. And I will throw in
most of the Twilight Zone episodes even though they were not exactly crime
stories.

re: Michelangelo's Moses...

Freud thought it was Imago, I at first thought so myself, only I didn't call it
that, having no knowledge of imago. Freud also speculated this about Da Vinci,
but I suspect Grof was more accurate in that Da Vinci's dream was actually a
birth perinatal experience and no one bothered to go into the details of
Daniel's interpretation of King Nebuchadnezzar's dream, that I speculate was
completely erroneous and offered my own interpretation, being that King
Nebuchadnezzar had become, on a subconscious level, aware that the demise of his
father, also a King, was to befall him, which he related in his mind as the
falling apart of the Colossus of Rhodes. Daniel was unable to bring forth this
connection between the Colossus and the King's dream, thereby preventing a great
change that may have occurred in our history.

Humpty dumpty sat on the wall,
Humpty dumpty had a great fall,
All the kings horses,
And all the king's men,
Didn't want to put humpty,
Back together again...

And I am sure I am not the first to draw these conclusions. I also had
suspicions about events written about in the Bible when Nebuchadnezzar tested
the faith of the believers in God by casting them into fire in which they did
not burn to death. If this indeed happened, there has to be some sort of
dissociative event that occurred that prevented them from burning to death, of
which the King was unaware and they made use of of even in their time. And these
events, I believe, had a great deal to do with the holocaust.

Re: Raptor cartoon...

..and reptilian brain. Francois Boucher painted in the mid-1700's. Is it
possible that more was known about our ancient and prehistoric ancestors, even
by Michelangelo, than was ever allowed to be publicized and was this the reason
Catherine Boucher was unable to read and write and was this muting of the
feminine voice possibly influenced by the period of history in which Sappho
existed on the Isle of Lesbos, as I have mentioned that I suspected Blake, her
husband, was one of the Greek Sibyls.

Or was there a more dastardly deed that was about to be exposed in the 18th
Century that was kept underwraps.

** I also ran across an interesting piece of information about American
raptors/vultures. The American vultures are mute, as opposed to other varieties.
I thought that was very symbolic since I did not begin talking until I was 2
years old and I drew a cartoon character of a vulture. I do understand the
reason for my delayed speech, but I had no conscious explanantion for my
continued inability to talk with my family, other than what I suspect was a
deliberate attempt to prevent me from talking, thereby preventing a catharsis of
my thoughts, which could then be extracted and recorded by others via
dissociation. Was it Catherine Boucher?

“We’ll pick it up here”…

I also recollect a dream I have recorded in which I seemed like a caveman and I
was digging underneath this huge mound of dirt for eggs.

Something of interest...

you snickle popping snackle pickers...remember in previous posts, I posted a photo
of my cousin who was wearing a flower in her hair just like Bonnie Prince
Charles. I also mentioned that during a severe psychotic episode, my cousin and
her mother tied my aunt Mae Gibbs (her married name) to a chair and beat her
with a stick and remember I found a link that mentioned that Bonnie Prince
Charles Stuart was known for abusing his many female partners, near the end of
his life?

There is a Bonnie May Gibbs also listed in the cemetery book, married to Henry
Sylvester Gibbs who passed in 1939. She was a Gibbs Gibbs. KFG
